aio for apu overclocking

im looking for a good aio for my a10-7850k

i was thinking about getting a new cooler for my apu. im still using the stock cooler and don't have a discrete card. i can currently handle most of the games i play on medium but im starting to enjoy high levels of graphics and do some more processor intensive work. i want to get a cooler that can handle overclocking the cpu to 4.5 ghz and the igpu to at least 900 preferably over the 1000 mark without breaking the bank. the max size of the rad wont matter. i was thinking the h100i would work but i dont have enough experience with OCing and water cooling to be a good judge of cooling capacity.

A coolermaster hyper 212 evo would do what you need for cheaper than water, but if you want watercooling go with a 240mm rad at least, as a 120mm rad (single fan size) won't have more performance than an air cooler.
