Hey guys,

I've been experiencing texture pop ins since I upgraded my GPU from AMD r7 250 to NVIDIA GTX 960.

I tried

-clean installing Operating system

-it on WIN XP/7/8/8.1/10

-changing my display

-changing setting on NVIDIA control panel

-even swapping multiple cards

-DDU to clean install drivers

But none helped me.

I heard running low on vram cause texture pop ins but I have GTX 960 which has 4 gigs.

Please help me in this regard.

960 can only use 2GB of memory due to the low bandwidth and 128-bit bus

Wait then what's the point of 4GB cards for the 690?

Ah

Well, if you can get the memory to 2500 MHz (10GHz effective) then you will have 0 issues using the memory :D - AMD's design with the 256-bit buss is a lot more elegant and doable (380 4G) though.
