Windows Home Group error

Hi
I have been running into this "Windows no longer detects a Home Group on the network" error every time I tried to connect to one. There are 3 computers on the network, they were all connected to a old Home Group before I wiped everything and installed Windows 10. I believe the issues was that my computer thinks the old homegroup still exist and refuses to let me create another. When in the homegroup menu, it said "User on PC has created a homegroup", but that PC is wiped. It then prompt me to type the password, no matter what Itype it always says聽"Windows no longer detects a Home Group on the network" Please help.
