Try resetting bios defaults, and if that doesn't work then try resetting CMOS

Some newer motherboards have dual BIOS solutions that allow you to roll back to the previous version in case of a failure. Check the manual for your particular motherboard for details and instructions.

ya this thing have dual bios but no instructions

After updating one of my computer's bios's I noticed that it helped if you have any USB storage / hubs connected was stopping it from booting.

 

I recommend unplugging any USB storage devices, or even all USB devices and try and boot.

 

After getting into the first boot I could plug in all my devices and it worked like normal.

Start by unplugging anything that is not essential for post. This is assuming it is not posting because of no video. I would clear the Cmos. This can be done via the clear cmos jumper or removing the battery with the power disconnected.

thanx for helping me guys .. its all about the ram .. after i reinstall a ram of froend of mine .. bios automatically fixed .. but my ram is gone ..
