I would certainly like it, following. You can do it using the high contrast themes, but those havent changed since freaking forever ago...

I wish there was a full fledged dark theme as well. Being able to theme all windows like in Linux would be awesome.

I have not tried this, so I don't know if they work 100%.

I watched a few regedit video's, and it seems they depend on the build # & exact steps you take.

Some regedit's make some of the theme dark while others stay light, some seem to work completely?

0 or 1 (true & false) values turn the "theme" on and off (black & white).

I have not tried this, so I don't know if its legit.

Regedit has been covered already. Things like the file explorer and stuff are still bright colored.
