this is what i would suggest for dual monitor setup.

2 ips monitors+ r9 390, and evga g2 psu, since the NEX series are reported to have some problems

G. Skill memory modules sucks.
There is a reason why it's the cheapest.
It lasts considerably less time than its competitors.
I've seen many G. Skill memory kit failures over the years. 
 
I would never recommended G. Skill memory modules.

They are not the cheapest out there, they have  nice speeds and low cas, and they are good for the price. I would like to give me some info why they fail

Also z97 gigabyte mobos are to be avoided for overclocking, since you cant achieve adaptive voltage on cache frequency and Vring for 24/7 overclock, due to a problem at the offset function.
