NZXT Sentry Mix 2 Fan Controller Not Powering On

Hi there,

 

As the title suggest, the fan controller has 2 4 pin male molex connectors to get power and has 6 fan connectors. Everything is connected yet it wont power on.

 

I am using an 8 pin pci e cable to dual 4 pin molex (although can only see 3 in both of them, dont know if that makes a difference) -> Then to two single female molex to female molex cables into the fan controller which have twin male molex connectors.

 

Any thoughts? :(
