upgrading CPU

can I upgrade the CPU on this motherboard http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?objectID=c02560084
 to anything higher and faster for gaming. I don't understand the site I think there was a typo when listing the TDP that's why I am so lost Also if I buy GTX 760 will a 550w PSU be good or will I have to get a higher one. this is what I have  http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3276574&CatId=1079
