Hi Guys, First you need to know I'm running 2 ssd's in my Rig, a 240 for windows and a 120 for trying out linux distros.

So I installed a New motherboard (Gigabyte H81m-HD2) and my windows install is working without an itch, but I'm getting the

acpi pcc probe failed starting version 219 error when booting from my linux drive.

So no Biggy right, just create a new install usb drive and reinstall it ? Nope, Same error!

I am on the latest BIOS version, no overclock on my G3258.

Did some research, nothing applies to my situtation, Hope you guys can Help.

Thanks !

I get that issue with all of my recent machines running 14.04(both 32 and 64 bit) and 15.04. From what I can tell its a false positive and doesn't actually effect anything.

Yeah but can you boot? I can't

Can I ask for more details, even my install drive gets this error and I'm stuck there

It displays that message for a few seconds then goes away and continues to boot. All of my systems are booting with legacy boot, not uEFI.
