Older games capped @ 60fps with GTX 960

aFeect

Hello, so I was running some older games like WC 3, Borderlands, Assassin's creed II and I noticed that my fps are locked @ 60fps while with my older card GTS 250 I could get even higher fps. My monitor is 75hz and vsync is off in games and "use application settings" in drivers, I tried to set power mode to maximum performance in drivers but that didn't help. I have latest drivers. Newer games running fine and there are no cap for them. Is there a way I could remove that cap? Even if I turn on vsync my fps stays at 60 instead of 75.

It's off and it makes no sense it should cap @ 75 even if it's on.
