Reference 980 ti thermal paste cleanup?

Hi. as the title says.

 

i have this 80% alcohol for cleaning small wounds and stuff. is it ok if i used this stuff to clean the thermal paste off of my card?

 

i need to clean it off because im installing a Evga Hybrid All in one Kit on it.

Yeah, As long as a majority of it is Alcohol your fine.

Remember, the higher % Alcohol the better it comes off and the cleaner it is

ahh nice! well. ill take ur word and go off and rip my 980 ti off and proceed to install my evga kit on it. thx for the tip.
