Computer turning its self on

So, every time I shutdown, hibernate and/or put my computer to sleep, it turns its self back on after a few moments. Is this an issue with my power supply?

Did you turn it on/off by the power button on your case or via windows?

It can be caused by Wake on LAN option or whatever is it called

Alright, listen very carefully, your computer has been self conscious. Your only hope is to send me its GPU!
