Screen Off Center

My screen does an auto config occasionally but this time the screen didn't go back to normal. There is a small black bar at the bottom of the screen and part of the top is cut off like the screen was pushed up a little. Please Help

 

Edit: I actually fixed it after entered the menu thing and pulled it down

Go into the screen's options menu and use the H/V position settings to align it manually.
