The only critique that I won't bother to really read into are one's that involve the word or idea of overkill

There is no such thing

get a *850*W PSU ._.

just saw the SSDs and CPU - get an 850W for OCing headroom - if you want CM - get the V-series FM or V-series SM. Anything bellow that is unacceptable for a build of this caliber.

Get 2x 980Ti instead.

I would get a single 500gb Samsung 850evo and a 1TB hdd for mass storage

Get a 850w PSU, something like a EVGA GS or G2 or any SeaSonic/XFX.

Do you NEED 32GB of ram? 16 seems to be more then plenty for most task now a days.

A single titan x does better than the than 980ti, even by just a little. And when doing 4k, the 980, ti or not simply wont do from what I've seen, going from a 5-6 frame difference, to almost 10-20.  And I was thinking about getting an HDD backup, however I'd prefer to use sdd, as I play games with this. No point in having sdd if you're using hdd to load them. And yes. 32. Actually thinking about 64 as i look into editing

Shipping sucks

What benchmarks are you watching :/

A 980Ti is SLI will perform with 5FPS of a Titan X. Which is not worth the extra $700. And if you want to, you could technically gst 3x 989Ti for cheaper and they will for sure, destroy a Titan X

I realize that, but what I'm saying, is that I'm buying more than one titan x. One Titan X > One 980ti.

And the benchmarks are just random stuff. I literally just search titan x vs and go through the list, searching for it. But i hate when people do 980ti SLI vs a titan x by itself, like no duh it's going to perform better.

SLI Titan X vs SLI 980Ti the $600-$700 is not worth it.

I already addressed that in my original comment to you;

In 1080p benchmarks yes, there's very little difference, howevever with 4k there is a visible 10-20 frame rate difference between the X's and the 980ti's

Not worth $700, Especially since the highest refresh rate I have seen a 4k monitor go to is 75ish. Also all these benchmarkers use settings that can and will tank your FPS. Such as high density grass, MSAA, and more.

Right. And I don't even use msaa and FXXXXXXXA (you get my point lmao)

But the thing is that they were both tested with the same settings

And the Titan SLI held up better.

Money is of no concern to me, I know how to save up, whether you think that I'm stupid or not for it is also of no concern to me. I simply want the best.
