Using a MicroSD in Multiple Devices

Go to solution Solved by thekeemo,

would i go about it how i mentioned previously? Insert and format it on both phones, then add music and switch when needed?

dont even need to do that. just switch it around.

I currently have a 32GB Kingston MicroSD in my S3, but its on the verge of running out of space from all my music (yeah i know i have a lot of music). I plan on upgrading to a 64GB Silicon Power Elite MicroSD, however, i recently got a G4, and wanted to switch between devices; S3 for biking and any other outdoor activities, G4 for regular use indoors at school or home.

My main question is whether or not its possible to insert the MicroSD into the S3, format it, then do the same for the G4 so that i can switch the card between phones? Or would it be better to just stick with one phone for music?
