I saw a deal on NCIX for the Logitech K280E, but i noticed in the picture, the layout was the one where the enter key is vertical and the forward slash key is between shift and z (forgive me, i dont remember the name for that layout), but is that the actual way the keyboard is, or is it only in the picture? I seen on other sources that its the standard one with the long enter key and forward slash under backspace, etc.

You are describing ISO and ANSI. ANSI is the one with the small Enter key, which you get when buying an US International lay-out keyboard. They are most common in North America (and the Netherlands!). Considering you are buying from NCIX, this is probably what you are getting. ISO is the one with the BIG Enter key. They are sold mainly in Europe.
