need some help picking parts

I need help picking some pc parts for my new build im building for my birthday 

 

I have a 1000$ budget 

 

I would like~

- water cooling [not a custom loop]

- an SSD to boot windows off of

- I want a red and black theme to the build

- a nice case [red] with nice airflow and good cable manegment maybe some LED lighting for a bit of bling 

- a nice graphics card
