I have two monitors for my PC and I can't figure out a way to change monitor 2 to 1. my primary monitor is 2 and I use it for gaming and the other one is for OBS and other programs. The problem is whenever im in a game or something that is full screen, i cant pause it and go to the other monitor without alt tabbing out of the game. Is there a fix for this?

Should you be using a Nvidia GPU then the setting must be in your nvidia control panel.

If you have the latest Nvidia driver for your 980 installed you must have the "Set up multiple displays" option on the left hand side of the panel as shown here:

Afaik, this is normal for dual screen setups where you run games on one monitor and not stretched over both. As above Full screen windowed will stop the game minimizing as full screen locks your cursor in place where as borderless is more like an overlay on your desktop.

I'm sorry to sound harsh, but can you give me a solution to the problem instead of typing something that I can't understand?

No problem, what i'm trying to say is that there is no solution if you set games to full screen. In your game display options if you set display mode to "full screen (windowed borderless)" or a variation on that it will stop you having to minimise

I tried that, it didn' seem to work if i set the option to fullscreen.

And the problem is that I am in boarder less window mode and i cant move my cursor it thinks when im in boarder less window that that monitor it the only one that exists.

Which game you testing with and can you post a screenshot of the display settings you're using
