Windows 10 screen doesn't turn back on

Hello,

I recently installed Windows 10 (clean install), and since then the doesn't turn back on after I leave my computer for a while.

Is anyone else experiencing this or maybe has a solution?

 

My specs are:

Gigabyte GA-B85M-D2V rev 1.1 motherboard

8 GB RAM

i5-4460

amd R9 280x

Control Panel--->Power---->"Change plan settings" on your current plan----->Turn off display---->Select  a time.

I don't think you understood me. The problem is that the screen turns off and then when I come back it doesn't turn back on when I move the mouse or press any button on the keyboard.​​

I have experienced this as well, I had to cold reboot to get my laptop screen to turn back on.
