Turabian in text citations?

xD yes I know this is a tech site... but maybe someone can help me?  So I am writing a papaer in Turabian style.  My instructor says for us to use footnotes at the end of every page (instead of endnotes)  the sheet provided by our school says nothing about in text citations.  Would I have to use them?
