They look pretty much the same to me. Same features mostly, except that the Gigabyte has 2 "M.2" slots, that you probably won't use, but ASRock has 12 12k power phase design, which I believe is better than Gigabytes 10k (I didn't find how much phases Gigabyte has). So I would recommend ASrock.
