I need help getting all the drivers and what not for Windows 7 as I am not experienced in this kind of thing. I just loaded Windows 7 up and do not really know where to go from there because I had to install it by choosing the option that did not access the internet to download any drivers or whatever it needed before loading it all.

Any help is super appreciated. Thank you.

Check your component manufacturer's site for drivers. Depending on whether this was a prebuilt system or custom, you may have to find drivers individually. If its prebuilt, download from the manufacturers site, if not, you need to check each component individually - motherboard, gpu, wireless if u have it etc. Then source the appropriate drivers from the individual part manufacturer's site.

Its custom built so just search "[each components name] Windows 7 Drivers"?

Search up the individual manufacturer's website on a browser (ex. gigabyte mobo, or amd gpu etc.), navigate to support or downloads and you will find options for drivers there. Windows may only be able to find some drivers. Its advised that driver's are only downloaded from reputable sites, such as a manufacturer's site.
