Killer LAN Driver not working.

I installed the killer LAN driver on my msi z97 atx gaming 5 board. The process has finished but I still cant use WIFI.

you mean RJ45 Cable ? yes, but LAN is a Connection Type it stands for Local Area Network the computer that has the same Router Connected

LAN basically refers to the wired connection in general (because there are multiple kinds of possible wired connections but all create a LAN)

Wi-Fi or WLAN (Wireless local area network) is  different from LAN.

The Term Wi-Fi is a nonsense brand name for IEEE 802.11b Direct Sequence and is a play on the Term "Hi-Fi" meaning high fidelity, but literally has nothing to do with it (Hi-fi) other than that. 

Wi-Fi requires a wireless internet card on a desktop, or a small wifi module built into the board, or a laptop.
