for a title which is correct here

for my title on a poster the first line is " Samsungs V-NAND SSD's" is it samsungs or samsung's in this instance?

It would be "Samsung's V-NAND SSDs"

 

The apostrophe shoes possession. As the V-NAND SSDs were created by Samsung, you would use an apostrophe. Also, the "SSD" part does not need an apostrophe. 

 

EDIT: Actually, with the "SSDs" part, it would depend on what the rest of the title is.

Also I don't really know of any scenario where you would use "samsungs". I mean you could imply that there are mulitple samsung devices or whatever, but I don't really hear or see anyone saying "samsungs". Like for example you don't say: "I like/don't like Samsungs." More like "I like/don't like Samsung and/or Samsung devices/phones/TVs whatever. Same as try saying "I don like Sonys." Just doesn't feel right.
