Help with KNOWLEDGE AND TIME

I made another topic on here asking what was wrong with my pc and now that i am sure its the ram, i am very curious about different types of ram, but there are not really any direct answers.

So my question is, what is the difference between http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231424, and http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00J8E912M/ref=olp_product_details?ie=UTF8&me= . Other than the fact that one has a heat spreader and one has black pcb. I need very specific answers if possible, thanks!

There is pretty much no difference other than what you mentioned. RAM is mostly the same, with just the speed and CAS changing. CAS Latency is the same and so is the speed. The timings may be slightly different, but Amazon doesn't list them, and they don't make any noticeable difference to performance. 

 

EDIT: Timings on the Black RAM is 9-9-9-24 and on the blue is 9-9-9-27. It makes no difference to performance.
