To be honest you seem to have a sick set up here.

If I were you I would increase my storage. Buy a 500 gb 850 pro and a 2tb shortage because it seems as though compared to the rest of your set up you are lacking a little in storage. I am a Mac user and macs love em some ssd's.

I am not sure how skylake is gonna interact with yosemite though.

Apple seems to think differently. They're already planning a roll out of mobile Skylake based MacBooks.

There is no Chipset Support for Z170 yet.

Ok....

Keyword there, "PLANNING", that doesn't mean that there is currently support

Basically there isn't currently support so either go with a haswell based platform, or buy those exact components but use windows 8/10 until the support is there and then put osx on your machine
