Screen flickering

Hi, I've been having a problem with my monitor flickering at the bottom inch of the monitor. I don't think it's my GPU as my other monitor isn't doing it, and it only happens now and then, i haven't noticed it yet while gaming only when I'm in windows 10. I'm not convinced it's my monitor as I have only noticed the problem in windows 10 and won't do it any other time.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

Have you tried switching the ports on the graphics card?

Assuming you have 2 cables and using two ports on your GPU. I made one of mine faulty due to a dodgy cable, but I swapped them around and it works fine....so one of the ports on your GPU might be dodgy and could cause it, maybe try switching them for a bit. Hope you have some luck with it

And you say it only happens in windows 10? Might be graphic drivers. Try updating them or failing that uninstall them and reinstall, doubt that's the issue but it might help

Looks like might be one of the DVI ports on my GPU. I swapped ports over on my monitors and now my other monitor is flickering. looks like ill have to use HDMI for one on my monitors.
