Premiere pro Cc image buffer

Hi guys,

I have a problem, whenever I try to edit something, I get the unable to create image buffer error...

Help!?

PSU: Corsair TX750M

Mouse: Lamzu Atlantis Pro Mini 4khz

Keyboard: Akko 5075B Plus

OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

It mainly happens when I use warp stabilizer, but also randomly, when grading or something.. (Magic bullet)
