Good budget case

I need help choosing a case under $45ish whats good that has usb 3.0 front?

 

I don't know which one is better the cooler master n400 or the corsair 100r silent edition?

Both the aforementioned cases are fine. Whichever one you like the looks of more is a solid option. Fractal also has their "Core" series cases that could be a good fit for you.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.
