Audacity plugin problem

Hey guys, I just posted this in another thread thing but idk if it was right so anyway, I'm trying to install this Noise Gate plugin but its not showing up in the effect list

I'm using windows 10 but I dunno if thats got anything to do with it

thanks for any help :)

 

EDIT: Don't worry im dumb :P I had to enable it haha !
