CIT Vantage Upgrade Help!

I have a CIT Vantage Type-r Gaming case and I am going to upgrading my PSU and Graphics Card for all the next gen games such as Battlefield 4, Watch Dogs, Titanfall etc. And was wondering what PSU and GPU would be suitable for my case and get good value for money at the same time. Any help is appreciated.
