Steam is being stupid.

I bought saints row 2 from g2a, it installed normally, then i went to launch it and it says failed to start game. i have done all of the things steam says to no success. The only program that could be interfering is bullguard. :angry:  :D

steam is down for a couple hours now

Specs of my PC:

CPU: AMD FX 8350  Motherboard: Gigabyte 990XA UD3  GPU: Gigabyte GTX 770 Windforce 2GB  HDD: WD Green 2TB SSD:  Corsair Force GT 120GB SSD RAM: Corsair 8GB(2X4) PSU: CoolerMaster G650M
