Overclock gpu with bios or software?

Go to solution Solved by Curufinwe_wins,

Gpu use afterburner. Even if it's possible using bios is a major pain in the ass and it doesn't make it less or more stable like software cpu overclocking often has issues with.

Afterburner overclock setup is very reliable assuming you don't force the gpu into safe mode with a crash.

I am wondering if I should use my own modded bios to OC my gpu or just stick with MSI Afterburner...

I know how to setup fan curve and clocks etc in the bios but im using MSI Afterburner because its much more easier!

Meh...Im kinda paranoid about MSI Afterburner not setting up my fancurve/clocks when I start windows even it did not fail me even once xD...Is MSI afterburner reliable? cause now whenever I reboot or startup, i get paranoid and keep clicking in the settings.. LOL
