startup malware

every time i startup my pc google chrome opens with the www.msn.com link. im using windows 10 ultimate and i have a habit of unchecking every startup program that i dont know about and everything was fine until yesterday when i booted up my pc and chrome opened with that msn website, i tried uninstalling it and reinstalled it, but my pc simply prompted me about "How do you want to open this?" and gave me a list of browsers i have (edge, IE, or chrome)

 

so whats the deal here ? do i have some kind of malware that simply opens an msn website on startup ? and how can i fix it ?

just go to settings and change search engine to google

Well MSN is not malware but download malware bytes and do a scan just to be sure.

it's not WHAT the browser is opening, its what causing chrome to open that page. you know ? like what is causing chrome to open msn.com on startup
