Computer freezing

Only happens during games. I've tried malwarebyts,ccleaner,AV scan,updated gpu drivers,windows updates,checked temps,system restore, reinstalled games,ran memtest(there were errors so i replaced ram, still getting freezing problem). Let me know if you need any more info. Been really frustrated not being able to figure this out. Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

 

edit: can still move mouse during freezes(not sure if that will help at all)

There were corrupt files when doing /scannow. used dism to fix those. Computer still freezing. Anybody able to help me out?

No bluescreens. freezes are about 10 seconds long.

Program isn't opening, so going to try and repair it real quick. I'll update you when it's finished.

Not sure what i should do. Theres another program called Expresscache thats in task manager, which sounds like it does the same thing as the RST program. Any ideas on where I should go from here?

sounds like a combination of overheating the north bridge and using up all your ram. I would install larger RAM sticks. i had similar issues got more RAM and they cleared right up, except when it gets super hot, which i got a cooling pad for.

not to be a jerk, but the basic issue is its a laptop, and a lenovo at that, they don't make the greatest products. and laptops overheat way to easy and die too young. but hope the advice helps.
