6/8 GB usable - hardware reserved

This happens at random for no damn reason every once in a great while. What is this? It's not like it's saving it for the GPU or anything, considering the GPU has its own RAM... I read that's a cause sometimes.

 

There isn't a reason to mention 32bit at all considering 32bit only supports 4 GB's maximum....
