Audio Device Splitter assistance?

Alright, so i've recently made up my mind to get the HyperX Cloud 2 headset. whilst the one's are good, i want the optional 7.1 through the usb sound card dongle, as to me 7.1 seems to work. Logan from Teksyndicate even says they are a good 7.1 device with the dongle, which he never suggests such.

However, unlike the first CLoud's, this doesn't have an adapter splitter, as the first CLouds had two audio cables, one for sound the other for mic, and the adapter connected them into a 4 pin for adaptive device usage. the second set only has the 4 pipn, and no splitter. i want to make sure of every little thing in my setup, and that means having a way to use a dac or sound card for my audio later.

So my question is, does anyone know of a good Audio Y splitter that takes a single 4 pin into two 3 pins for seperated audio of mic and headphone?
