Windows store app problem

When i was installing this app:https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/store/apps/saavn-music-radio/9nblggh1rrh1 on one of my pcs, the power went off and i didn't have a backup power. So the pc shut down. Then after sometime, i turned it on, i searched for the app and it was not there. I went to the store again to install it but it said that it was already installed. I tried using the command "wsreset.exe" but that didn't work. Someone please help me.

dude, spotify isn't available in my country
