File backup data deduplication

Hi recently enabled data deduplication on my server 2012r2 server at home (Dreamspark FTW) any way i have enabled it on my G drive (4x2tb raid 10) and my Z drive (external 4tb drive) I'm wanting to make my 4tb external drive a backup of my G drive. What I would like is to get a backup where the drive makes a mirror image of my raid onto external drive once a week, I'm doing it for a backup incase of total data loss instead of individual file recovery in the case of deletion, so incremental isn't something i need. my problem is that data deduplication seems to interfere with application i have tried so far (also finding one that works on server2012r2) any suggestions?
