blocking windows telemetery data

so im trying to block the following on my asus router and some of these are too longto input also doesnt work if im not connectecd to it  so i was wondering how do i set up zonealarm to block these so if im on my cell data or parents wifi im not sendiing m.s any thing and so im not blowing data on m.s. spy ware

If you use android there's an app called Mobiwol, it blocks all background data being sent from any app you choose. I've been using it for ages, it's really good.

yeah i only use android but i want to block m.s from using my data at home and on the go. there using my data i pay for to steal my data and to seed there windows 10 install/updates
