Good Phablets Under $400 USD?

I'm looking for 5.5 inch or larger screens, and the bigger, the better. 16 GB Minimum if storage is expandable or 32 GB if not, 1080p or higher resolution, and i'd prefer an IR Blaster. The closer to stock android the better, but if cyanogenmod is easily installed, then i'll do that. $400 is a little bit flexible, but no more than $500.

Any ideas? so far, my only result meeting that "perfectly" is the Galaxy Note 3 used...but i'd prefer new if i can afford it
