What Video Editor Software to choose?

I'm a semi-amateur video editor and want something more reliable and powerful than Lightworks. My budget is $60.

Davinci Resolve is free.

Sony Vegas pro is very easy to use. It has a 30 day free trial. you could "register it" later in future if you wanted to.
