I bought a preassembled system, and i am wanting to install an aftermarket cpu cooler. I am thinking of the tx3 evo since there is no backplate so i should be able to install it without taking out my motherboard from the case. I am on a b85m-g motherboard, with a 4570 so im not going to be overclocking it.

Will the tx3 provide a good noise improvement from the stock cooler, if not can you please suggest another cpu cooler that is easy to install?

Without overclocking, yeah it will be fine.  I've used it and it's pretty quiet.

Is it a big improvement over the stock cooler?

Eh, it's alright.  It will cool it effectively I just wouldn't overclock a lot on it.  If you're not overclocking even the stock cooler is adequate, it's just a matter of noise reduction after that.

All i care for is having less noise, and of course not have it overheat, do you know any coolers that are easy to mount but will be even more quiet?

Not any without a backplate, no.
