Looking at BF4, there is a healthy spread across all countries, back in BF3, the PBban list was literally owned by russian bans, though BF3 did have a major cheating problem.

Project Reality, ARMA, SWAT 4, there are good shooters out there. Not many, but they exist and have mods to make em better.

 

Or go play killing floor. Dead Zeds do not complain :D
