Corsair k70 driver

Soo i have a new K70 (red back lit only) and went to download drivers as you do and the first time it said no device found, so i restarted my computer and re downloaded it the corsair driver with the same result.

I have plugged both USB ports in, anyone have this problem before?

the k70 is plug and play no drivers needed, try another usb port if it doesnt work then you may have a bad kb
