Bootloader Quetion

So I attempted to install CM12 on my HTC One M7, and well I'm stuck. I got it rooted, went to flash it and it failed. Wiped my phone. Now there's no sense or CM file copied to my phone and no software. I have TWRP recovery loaded right now but when I go to the CMD and type in adb devices I got a outdated error and it killed it. I was trying to copy CM12 flash over via ADB however now my computer won't even recognize my phone plugged in. Any ideas?
