Help me get a pc

hi guys i wanna get a pc that can run gta 5 good and i wanna play csgo and league of legends too and i wanna get around 60 fps and mid/high settings so if you have some time can u pleas give me a setup  :)  :) i have around 900 euro's i live in the netherlands and im just using it for gaming if its not possible for 900 euro's u can go up but please keep as low as possible
