The only thing I'd suggest is at least an i3 because it will help prevent frame droppings and improve the overall performance.

Also, if it's important to have a little more wattage, this is a solid PSU unit for an alternate part from a good brand.

For the Best builds and Price lists here is a world where many points of the price have been predefined already for your convenience!

The Xeon E3 1231 V3 IS BETTER Than the Core i5 4690K and a Significantly better value for the non-overclockers or value shoppers.

The OS is like a kind food, Try it before saying if you like it or don't.

Where do you live or do you know any physical computer stores around you? Reason I ask is because some stores bundle the cpu and motherboard together for a savings. You should upgrade that CPU. Everything else looks good. Good psu, and everything. In the future you should buy an SSD.

I use to drive 40 minutes to get to a good computer shop where I use to live. You sure none are around? For your case though I would suggest looking at AMD processor. You can get a fx 6300 a 6 core processor which works well, fx 4350 a quad core. I do recommend AMD processor for a budget build. A 6300 will perform better then a pentium and i3. The fx 4350 should perform better then a pentium. If someone was spending more money I would suggest Intel and at least an i5. For you, go amd. In the future you can always upgrade to a better AMD processor like a fx 8350 or buy a new mobo and processor.
