Tiny White spot on screen -- not dead pixels -- what is it? XB270HU

I have this weird bright white spot that i can't fix. It looks like dead pixels, except it's bright white instead of black, and it's only noticeable on light backgrounds, and much harder to see on dark backgrounds.

I'm going to ship it back, but i'm so confused what it is. I actually wouldnt bother shipping it back because it's not so bad; however, I got this only 5 days ago. Gotta get a new replacement.

Looks like a cluster of stuck pixels to me - I had a Taxan that had 1 which was permanently a bright pink. I put up with it back then, but since it's Amazon you're doing the right thing in sending it back if you're not satisfied with it.
